Update (July 10th): RENFREW SECURES SHORT-TERM COLLECTION AND PROCESSING CONTRACT WITH TOPPS ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS.

Last night, Council authorized the execution of a new short-term recycling collection and processing contract with TOPPS Environmental Solutions (TES). This contract will commence the week of July 23rd, 2019 and will continue for a minimum of six months, allowing time for the Town to find a long-term solution.

Please note that recycling will be moving to a weekly collection schedule beginning July 23rd, as opposed to the current bi-weekly collection, for the duration of this short-term service contract.

Until collection resumes, residents may continue to bring their recyclables to the landfill site recycling depot during regular landfill operating hours.

We greatly appreciate everyone’s patience and commitment to the recycling program, and look forward to restoration of curbside recycling services.
